A program established to recognize those administrators who will “Leave it better than they found it” in districts of 1,500 or fewer students.
Application Proces
- Step 1 – Secure a letter of nomination
{All letters should be addressed to:

- Step 2 – Complete the three (3) pages of the application form
- Step 3 – Enclose three (3) letters of recommendation
{One letter from a staff member; One letter from a current student; One letter from a community member}
- Step 4 – Forward all the materials to the address listed above
{Please do not bind the materials.}
