CASB Legal Resources

CASB's Legal Resources Team provides general legal information to member boards of education, administrators, school attorneys and others as a benefit of CASB membership.

Members are welcome to use CASB Legal Resources any time they are needed, as a benefit of your CASB membership. We do not charge any CASB member for these services no matter how often a member requests them.

Colorado Council of School Board Attorneys

Colorado Council of School Board Attorneys (or CCSBA) is an organization open to attorneys representing school districts, either through a law firm or in house. It is the Colorado division of the National School Boards Association - Council of School Attorneys.
