Monthly Virtual Meetings

• Board President Cafes - Join CASB member board presidents for informal discussions that are single-topic driven. This monthly gathering is to connect, communicate, and celebrate with one another. The meetings are virtual, casual, and will not be recorded. We welcome your ideas for discussion topics. Discussion topics are listed for each month but our discussions are not limited to the topic of the month.
• Key People Cafes - To CASB, as the Superintendent Secretary and/or Secretary to the Board, you are our Key People!  We value your work and because of this, we have created our Key People Cafes in order to connect Key People from around the state on a monthly basis to discuss specific topics of interest to you in your role.
• Mountain Resort Meetings - If you are a school board member in a mountain resort community, please join other mountain resort board members to discuss issues specific to your communities. We meet on the second Wednesday of each month from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The meetings are not recorded and we encourage you to submit your topic ideas upon registering for the meeting.
• New Board Member Cafes - If you are a new board member, join other new board members for CASB's New Board Member Cafe on the third Wednesday of each month from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. These cafes will be topic-based and plan on lively discussion.
• Rural Board Member Roundtable - In support of our rural board members, CASB will be co-hosting with the Colorado Rural Schools Alliance a series of roundtable discussions for rural board members. We recognize that there are unique challenges that rural board members face and we are here to support you in addressing those concerns. The discussion topics will be driven by our rural board members. The virtual meeting is from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
