COSI is accepting applications for the Second Chance Scholarship from students planning to attend college in the fall of 2024. The Second Chance Scholarship offers up to $5,000 a year to students who have been released from the Division of Youth Services commitment facility within the last five years. The application is due Friday, March 15.
