Stronger Connections Grant - Call for Application Reviewers

CDE seeks volunteer peer reviewers for Stronger Connections Grant applications to pursue safer communities and healthier outcomes for students through activities allowable under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. More information about the Stronger Connections Grant can be found here.

Qualified applicants must have knowledge of physical education; mental health; social-emotional wellness; sexual health; drug or violence prevention; chronic absenteeism; counseling services; promotion of a healthy school environment; health education; health services; and/or parent and community involvement.

For review process details, click here. Volunteers must complete a brief questionnaire about experience and areas of expertise no later than Wednesday, June 7. Responses received after this date will be considered for alternate readers. The review will be completed virtually from June 15 through July 10.
