Interim Committee on School Safety Seeks Feedback

The first meeting of the Colorado General Assembly's Interim Committee on School Safety will take place on Thursday, July 11, 2019. Committee members include:

The committee studies statutes governing school safety, emergency response planning, and prevention of threats, and reviews and evaluates programs and methods for identifying and monitoring students in crisis.

Colorado residents are encouraged to provide their feedback and insights about how to  keep our schools safe through the public comment portal on the legislative website. 

Submit feedback

Feedback submitted through this portal will be included in the pubic record.  Interim Committee leaders want to hear from as many people as possible.  The form takes about 10 minutes to complete and the word limit allows about the equivalent amount of feedback as a 3 minute public comment.
