The Staff Evaluation Interchange file and Staff Evaluation Snapshot will open in April. In the Staff Evaluation Interchange file, the 2022-23 evaluation ratings for licensed staff will be reported and that data will be pulled into the Staff Evaluation Snapshot before the Oct. 15 deadline. For districts and BOCES that use the COPMS in RANDA, a new template report will be available in a similar manner as the current HR Data Collection report. Training will be provided to districts and BOCES staff prior to the collection opening in April.CDE is required by statute to collect educator effectiveness data and provide aggregated reports back to districts and the public. The new process and timeline for the 2022-23 EE data will provide districts and BOCES with a more complete and accurate reflection of their EE metrics by ensuring that all licensed educators are included.View the Data Pipeline Staff Interchanges webpage for additional information.
