This year’s CASB Winter Legislative Conference will occur in two locations: the Art, a hotel and the History Colorado Museum.

The Art, a hotel: The room block rate is $180.00. Members should bring tax exemption paperwork. The deadline for the room block rate is 2/10/20. Check-in is available at 3:00 p.m. upon the arrival day and checkout is 11:00 a.m. on the departure day. Late checkout requests should be made at the front desk on the day of departure. The hotel is on the 4th floor of the building via elevator service.
Parking: Overnight valet service is discounted to $20. Self-parking is not available.

Walk-in registrations are accepted: Member ($390), Non-Member ($490)
Non-Member Pricing - $465
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations before the close of business on January 10, 2020 will receive full refund minus $30 cancellation fee.
Cancellations between January 11 and February 6, 2020 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations cannot be made after February 6, 2020. Registrations may be transferred from one person to another by contacting CASB prior to 4:00 p.m. on February 24, 2020.
Conference Attire: Dress ranges from business to casual for all attendees. Room temperatures vary, so please plan accordingly. We will be walking outside between each conference venue so plan on wearing appropriate clothing for the weather/streets.
