This is your chance to meet with district decision-makers in order to share important information regarding your services. As an exhibitor, you will have the ability to connect with school board members and superintendents, conduct demonstrations, distribute information, develop effective connections, and establish new markets with more than 1,100 key decision-makers in Colorado's 178 public school districts.

CASB is excited to invite you to exhibit during our 83rd Annual Convention, December 7 - 9, 2023 at the Broadmoor Hotel. If you provide products or services to school districts, you won’t want to miss this event.

Exhibit Hall highlights:

  • The Exhibit Hall will be open on Thursday and close on Friday late afternoon
  • Exhibit Hall open to attendees December 7-8, 2023 with set-up on Wednesday, December 6, 2023
  • Exhibit Hall hours: Thursday 7 am - 5:30 pm; Friday 7 am - 4:00 pm
  • Prize drawing will take place on Friday, December 8, 2023 in the Exhibit Hall
  • Exhibit Hall layout for the 83rd Convention! 
  • Conveniently located next door to the general session, registration, and attendee gathering area
  • Exhibitor Grid-Game to drive attendees to your booth
  • Dedicated Exhibit time on Thursday and Friday
  • CASB Café networking/breakfast area provided for vendors and attendees in the Exhibit Hall
  • Exhibit hall announcements made during the general sessions and pushed in the Event Mobile App
  • Ability to attend CASB's General Sessions
  • Security provided at the end of the day on Wednesday and Thursday

Booth reservation includes:

  • 10’ x 10’ draped exhibit booth
  • 6’ covered and skirted table
  • Sign with company name
  • Two folding chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Carpeted floors
  • Two Thursday and Friday breakfasts, two company representatives admitted to the Thursday Evening Reception, refreshment breaks
  • Free WiFi

We encourage you to provide swag bags for our attendees. This will be advantageous in driving CASB members to your booth.

Meal and Ticket information:

Additional tickets to either breakfast are $65, for lunches they are $70, and for the Friday Evening Reception are $80 per person. You can purchase extra tickets or meals in the registration form.

Pricing information

Cancellation Policy: Booth refunds are available through September 22, 2023 minus a $50 administration fee. Meal refunds are available through October 13, 2023 minus a $25 administration fee.

Important Dates and Information

Setup & show dates: Setup starts at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 6.  Show hours are Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Cancellation Deadline: Friday, September 22, full refund minus a $50 administration fee.

Prize Drawing on Friday, December 8!

Prizes bring people! A prize drawing will be held in the Exhibit Hall on Friday, December 8. This popular event increases traffic and gives you the opportunity to entice attendees to hear about your company.

  • CASB is asking each exhibitor to donate a prize worth at least $50.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for collecting their entries and handing out their prize on during the Friday drawing.
  • Prize recipients must be present to win.
  • CASB utilizes a Grid Card Game to drive attendees to your booth. They receive stickers from you in order to complete their card and enter it for a CASB prize drawing. You decide what it takes for attendees to receive your sticker!
