How CASB is helping

  • In April 2009, CASB provided members with a widely attended CASB Classroom Online on Navigating the Stimulus Spending Requirements in Colorado.
  • A Review of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act – 4/09  .pdf
  • CASB is working with the Governor’s Office, CDE and the legislature to maximize the amount and flexibility of funds dispersed to school districts.
  • CASB attorneys are hard at work, synthesizing information from federal and state resources to provide guidance on the use of stimulus money by school districts.
  • CASB will send periodic updates on the effect of stimulus funds on Colorado school districts to school board members and superintendents.
