CASB and the P² Initiative

The design of acomprehensive, workable, preschool through post-secondary educationsystem for Colorado is not just a fleeting project for the ColoradoAssociation of School Boards. In fact, it was the chief focus of 2006and will continue to be a major initiative for CASB in the years tocome.

Ideally, CASB would have preferred twice as much time forour members to deliberate on the idea of an effective preschool throughpost-secondary education system to give CASB staff a legislativedirection. However, the urgent need for educational renewal in arapidly-changing educational and global environment called forimmediate action.
