The Broadmoor Hotel Reservations will open Oct. 4, 2010,  9 a.m.

Make reservations directly with The Broadmoor via CASB’s Web site. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Phone or fax reservations WILL NOT be accepted.

Room Types and Rates

STANDARD – $150.00
Located in the West Building. Each room has an intimate seating area with overstuffed chair and ottoman. All rooms feature fine marble vanities in the generously-sized baths, with an additional vanity station outside the bath.

INTERMEDIATE – $175.00
Located in Broadmoor’s historic Main Tower, West Tower and Eastmoor buildings, these accommodations offer a unique and luxurious experience. The elegant décor includes overstuffed chairs, classical armoires, large closets with built-in safe, and marble five-fixture baths.

SUPERIOR – $238.00
Located in the newly renovated South Tower, these exquisite rooms are tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings. All rooms feature five-fixture baths, large closets and the ultimate in modern amenities including flat panel televisions and bedside room controls for lights, climate control and curtains.

Superior rooms are also located in the Main Tower. These elegant accommodations offer some of the most highly sought-after views. Each room also features large closets, spacious five-fixture baths, half-canopies over the beds and a sophisticated residential style.

All rates are based on single or double occupancy — Rates subject to applicable state and city taxes. The Broadmoor will make every attempt to honor your request, however, if your first choice is unavailable, they will accommodate you in as similar a room as possible. Other pertinent information:

• Room reservations will only be accepted online beginning October 4, 2010 starting at 9 a.m. Please note that rooms sell out quickly.
• For non-tax-exempt reservations, a first night’s deposit per reservation will be charged immediately. The deposit may be charged to MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, American Express, or CarteBlanche credit cards and will be processed when the card number is given.
• Reservations may be cancelled, or stays shortened, up to seven days prior to arrival. Cancellations or shortened stays will be forfeited one night’s room and tax if made within seven days of check-in.
• In order to complete your reservation and to receive tax-exempt status, you MUST MAIL PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL to The Broadmoor all of the following: 1) a Colorado Springs tax-exempt form, 2) a copy of your tax-exempt certificate, and 3) a copy of your credit card front and back (please note all tax-exempt reservations will be charged the amount of their entire stay without tax). Tax-exempt paperwork WILL NOT be accepted at check-out or anytime after your stay.
• Guest rooms are subject to applicable state, local and sales/lodging taxes and 2.25% public improvement fee.
• A daily incidental services fee of $16 per room, single or double occupancy, and $2.50 for each additional person, will be added to your account. This fee covers in-room Internet access (wireless and hard lined), unlimited access to The Broadmoor Fitness Center, toll-free access calls and local access calls up to one hour in length, daily newspaper, incoming faxes and in-room coffee and tea service.
• Daily parking rates are $16 per day for valet parking and $14 for self parking.

Take I-25 to Circle Drive, Exit 138. Go west and merge onto Lake Avenue, travel west about 7 miles.

CASB reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate for the DoubleTree and Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Please call the hotels directly to make reservations. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from The Broadmoor.
