Pandemic-EBT data collection

CDE and the Colorado Department of Human Services obtained U.S. Department of Agriculture approval to issue Pandemic-EBT benefits for School Year 2021-22.

P-EBT benefit eligibility will be assessed for students when a school temporarily changed their learning modality due to COVID-19 anytime from Jan. 1, 2022, through May 31, 2022. A temporary change in learning modality includes providing full-time remote learning for all students or switching to a hybrid learning schedule.

CDE is requesting data for any school-wide changes in learning modality from Jan. 1, 2022, through May 31, 2022, via this survey. If more than five schools were impacted, contact [email protected] for reporting assistance. Otherwise, submit one form for each school impacted. Survey responses are due by Friday, June 24.
