Encourage staff to take the TLCC survey and reach 50% to receive results

A fourth of the state's eligible staff members already completed the Teaching and Learning Conditions Colorado survey. Encourage participation in the TLCC survey by sharing how the district and schools plan to use results, providing protected time to take the survey, sending individual reminders or offering rewards or competitions.

Kudos to Revere, Bayfield, Gunnison Watershed, Steamboat Springs, and Haden for getting more than 80% participation.

Kudos to Jefferson County School District, Aurora Public Schools, Cherry Creek, Poudre, Douglas County, Boulder Valley for surveying more than 1,000 staff.

To see how your district or school is doing, view the real-time response rate tracker on the TLCC webpage.
