- Early bird discount deadline for the Fall Conference and Delegate Assembly has been extended to September 24. The Delegate Assembly provides an opportunity for every CASB member board to have their voice heard on important issues of the day. The resolutions approved by the CASB Delegates help to form the CASB’s advocacy efforts at the local, state, and federal levels.
