Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do I log-in to the website?Click on the Member Login button in the top right corner of the home page. Your username is your individual email. You will need to set up your 10 character password (passwords are tied to individuals, as opposed to organizations).
How do I download an invoice or credit memo for an event registration?
Is there onsite registration?Yes. Onsite registration pricing is $575 for CASB members and $750 for non-members. Can guests of the registrant attend the meals and reception?Yes, but you must purchase additional tickets for your guests. This option is available in the registration form. If you have already registered and would like to purchase tickets now click on the meal form here. What meals are provided with a registration?One Thursday breakfast, lunch, snack break, and Thursday evening reception; One Friday breakfast What is the cancellation policy?A cancellation may be unavoidable. Please note that we do substitutions if one member can no longer attend. Registration cancellations before the close of business on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 will receive full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations cannot be made after February 1, 2022. Registrations may be transferred from one person to another by contacting CASB prior to 4:00 p.m. on February 1, 2022. There will be no refunds after February 18, 2022 for additional meals purchased. In the event cancellation is necessary due to a medical emergency, please contact CASB. Cancellations after the deadline and only due to medical emergencies are on a case by case basis. If approved, cancellation fees may vary based upon the date of the request and may not be offered closer to the actual event date.
