How do I log-in to the website?

Click on the Member Login button in the top right corner of the home page. Your username is your individual email. You will need to set up your 10 character password (passwords are tied to individuals, as opposed to organizations).

  1. Click here to update your Password by:
    1. Fill in your email address
    2. Click submit
    3. You will receive an email that allows you to enter a new password.
  2. Once your new Password is created, you can log-in here, or from any page within the website, using your Username and your new Password.

 How do I download an invoice or credit memo for an event registration?

  • Login to the CASB website then go to the My CASB tab
  • Click on the My Profile tab
  • In the drop down menu, click on Invoices. You can see credit memos here also.
  • Select the invoice or credit memo and click the download button at the bottom and print it


What was the process for getting rooms at The Broadmoor Hotel?

Given the limited number of rooms available at the Broadmoor Hotel during Convention, we worked with a focus group this summer to determine the best process to provide equitable access to rooms.

CASB sent out an email to all superintendent secretaries asking each district for the number of rooms they would need for their board members and superintendent. A follow-up email was also sent to those districts that did not reply.

Every district that responded was included in the randomized lottery list to receive a link to make room reservations. When Convention registration is made, the room link reservation is sent out based on the randomized lottery list. The announcement sent to each district on Monday, September 23, indicated your district's status on the lottery list. 

We respectfully ask that students and chaperones are housed at one of our two other Convention hotels: The DoubleTree by Hilton and the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Both locations have shuttle service available.


How many districts are on the wait list?

The number of districts on the wait list will change as we go through this process. When we sent out notification of Convention opening, we had approximately 60 districts on the Broadmoor Hotel reservation wait list. If you would like to add your district to the wait list, click here

How do I register board members when I don’t know if they will be elected in November?

As this is an election year, districts can register for open seat board members by:

  • For current sitting board members who are running
    • Register Linked Profile for the existing board member record (see image below)

 

  • For unknown board members
    • Use the Register Guest option for each board member using the following protocol:
      • First name: [District name]
      • Last name: [Board member 1, Board member 2, etc.]

Which luncheon attending on Friday?
This year there will be two Friday Luncheons, both held at the same time, 12:15 - 1:30 p.m. One is the Friday Award Luncheon in the International Center North and one is the Networking Luncheon in the International Center South.

Which box lunch would you like on Saturday?
The Saturday Box Lunch includes side salad, chips and dessert. The full menu choices are:

•  Honey Baked Ham with sharp cheddar, roasted green chile marmalade, lettuce, tomato on a hoagie roll
•  Roasted Turkey with baby arugula, havarti, vine ripened tomato on a hoagie roll
•  Italian Hoagie with imported Italian salami, proscuitto di parma mortadella, caciocavallo cheese, sweet pepper relish, romaine, tomatoes on a hoagie roll
•  Vegetarian Wrap with chickpea hummus, roasted red peppers, tomato, cucumber, kale & quinoa salad raquelitas spinach tortilla.
•  Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with baby romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, garlic focaccia croutons and a creamy caesar dressing

What is the cost of the Friday Awards Luncheon and Networking Luncheon?

The cost to attend either luncheon is $60 for guests not registered for convention on Friday. They need to come to the registration desk in Broadmoor Hall to purchase a ticket. Payment by check only.
