CASB’s 2022 Winter Legislative Conference is right around the corner and you don’t want to miss this opportunity for networking with our members.

CASB's 2022 Winter Legislative Conference will be held Thursday, February 24, 2022 at the Grand Hyatt Denver, 1750 Welton St., Denver, CO 80202. This conference typically has 130 in attendance. Attendees are school board members and superintendents. Many of this year’s members will be new to their elected position, which means this is a great opportunity for you to connect with those that make the budgeting.

Exhibit booths are located in the Atrium Tower on the 38th floor

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The deadline to cancel for a partial refund is Tuesday, February 1, 2022. There is a $100 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after February 1.

DETAILS:
The event is in the 555 Building on the 38th floor, which is directly across from the hotel entrance/valet parking.
Set up on Wednesday, February 23 starting at 2:00 p.m. and Thursday, February 24 from 6:30 - 7:00 a.m.
We will offer an early check-in for attendees on Wednesday, February 23 from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Booths are open from 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 24. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend our General Sessions for networking opportunities.

Room block hotel reservations are available!

Room Cost: $179 for Wednesday, February 23 and Thursday, February 24

Room block deadline is February 2, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. MST

Parking: Self-parking rate for the day is $25. Overnight self-parking rate for Wed. and Thur. nights is $28/night. Valet parking is available.
