CASB Trade Show Booth Registration Form

Thank you for making the decision to join us for this milestone event - our 80th Annual Convention. You'll have the ability to reconnect with current contacts and create new relationships to reinvigorate school districts with possibilities that you can provide for their future!  CASB's membership includes all of Colorado's 178 public school districts as well as other education professionals.

Trade show set-up is on Thursday, December 3 and the CASB Exhibit Hall is open on December 4th & 5th at the Broadmoor Hotel in the Broadmoor Hall. If you provide products or services to school districts, you won’t want to miss this event.

This year's convention is a hybrid event and you will not only have in-person connections but also be communicating with our virtual attendees. It's an exciting and very beneficial time for your connection with our members. As we gain more information, we'll be in touch to guide you through the process of creating your virtual content. This year, we are offering the opportunity to have a virtual exhibit booth if your company is not able to travel.

Booths reservations do not include lunch on Friday. Tickets to the Friday Luncheons must be purchased separately.

Space is limited and booth allocation is first-come, first-served. Our easy-to-use booth reservation form is available online. A completed online reservation form, an “agreed to” contract and Visa or MasterCard payment must be received before reservations can be confirmed.

An Exhibit Hall floor plan can be found HERE to choose your premium booth (first-come, first- served), or your top three booth choices. **Due to COVID guidelines, there will be changes to the exhibit hall layout and we will share these as they become available.

Important Dates and Information

Setup & Show Dates: Setup starts at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3. Show is Friday, Dec. 4 & Saturday, Dec. 5 until 1:30 p.m.
Deadline for Early Bird pricing August 23
Space reservation deadline: Booth reservations due in order to hold booth requests October 2 
Cancellation deadline for full refund, less $50 for administration costs October 18
Booth assignments communicated: for paid in full exhibitors October 19 
Cancellation with 50% refund November 1

Booth Assignments

CASB will assign booths on Oct. 19, so make sure you have reserved your booth by Oct. 2. Every effort will be made to accommodate your choices. Priority status will be given to CASB Partners that have registered as a partner for 2020. 2019 partnerships are no longer in effect. Booth priority is given in the following order:

  1. Platinum Partners
  2. Gold Partners
  3. Silver Partners
  4. Bronze Partners
  5. Tenure as an exhibitor
  6. Registrations received after Oct. 2 will be assigned in the order they are received

Prize Drawing

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, we will not host our annual Grid Card Game but we will continue to have our Exhibitors Prize Giveaway during Saturday lunch. Prizes bring people to your booth. A prize drawing will be held at noon on Saturday, Dec. 5, during lunch in the Exhibit Hall. This popular event increases traffic and gives you an opportunity to entice attendees to hear about your company. CASB is asking each exhibitor to donate a prize worth at least $50. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting their entries and giving out their prize on Saturday during the lunch drawing. Prize recipients must be present to win. 

Drive Attendees to Your Booth with a virtual ad

Increase booth attendees and name recognition with an ad on our virtual platform. More information coming soon!

Hotel Information and Parking

CASB has group rates at the Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Resort and the DoubleTree Hotel. Rooms at the Broadmoor Hotel are in short supply and may not be available. Look for detailed information coming this summer on our convention webpage. The Broadmoor is offering a discounted self-parking rate of $12 per day with in-and-out privileges for all non-hotel guests.

Freeman Show Services

Order all show services from Freeman online. Additional furnishings and electricity can be purchased through Freeman and are not included in the booth rental fee.
