Registration Information

For your convenience you may register up to eight district team members below or individually.

Fall Conference, $235 per person; Delegate Assembly, $80 per person; Attend both, $285 per person (Save $30) (includes Friday lunch and reception, Saturday breakfast and all breaks)

Confirmation: Confirmations will be sent to the attendee emails entered below and the contact email provided above.

Please note NEW Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than Oct. 5, 2012, two weeks prior to the date of the event. There will be a $25 processing fee charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be given after the cancellation deadline or for no-shows. CASB encourages registration substitutions from within your district.
