Student Art Exhibit
Display Your Students’ Artwork!
The Colorado Association of School Boards is honored to
display student artwork at our annual Convention.
Artwork will be displayed Dec. 2 – 4, 2010 in the Broadmoor
Hall, at the Broadmoor Hotel, Colorado Springs.
To participate, submit one artwork from an
Elementary, Middle and High school (3 total).
Please pass along this information to all interested teachers and coordinators.
IMPORTANT: Because of space limitations, only three pieces of artwork from each district will be accepted.
Requirements:
- Framed artwork cannot be accepted or displayed.
- 2-D, high-quality art no larger than 24”x 30”, which includes a well-crafted 3” mat.
- Mat: Crescent board quality in any color.
- Attach rougher side of velcro to each corner on back.
- Attach a copy of the contact information sheet on back of all three pieces of artwork (which includes all three students’ information) and a fourth copy in the box.
- Attach labels to front of mat. Apply the label to the lower right-hand corner as you face the art, and attach it 1/2” from the bottom edge.
- All three pieces must be sent in the same box.
Art must be at CASB by Friday, November 12, 2010.
